i happen to share this same sentiment as my new hero, tucker max. i picked up his book which was recommended by a friend from home. i would suggest anyone else pick this up who is looking for the easiest read of their lives. i have often thought that if you put our idiot group of friend's combined collegiate experiences into a book or a movie, it would make some good money. that was until i saw what the competition would be. this crazy asshole recounts his college and grad school stories into a book, and it made the new york times bestseller list. i am only 100 pages into it, and hes already been banned for life from the embassy suites chain for shitting all over one of the lobbies, had sex in front of 30 people in a vegas casino bathroom, and had hicks from the south pull guns on him and his friends cause they called them fat inbreds too many times.
anyway thats my plug, i should get paid royalties from this guy
good call on the blog, brengel. hopefully the second time's the charm

I actually caught him as a guest on "Bubba the Love Sponge" while driving home from work Tuesday, really funny guy. I always thought of him as that bow-tie wearing d-bag conservative on Crossfire, but apparently he has really chilled out in recent years and opened his mind a bit. I guess he is really into transcendental (sp?) meditation and all sorts of other things. The guy was hilarious though, I was laughing out loud the entire car ride home.
He also said since quitting smoking, he has a piece of Nicorette in his mouth the entire day except when he is doing his new talk show. He said he goes through like 100 pieces a day. He then went on to advise anyone, including non-smokers, to try the gum b/c it would make them more confident, smarter, funnier, more attractive to the opposite sex, and ultimately better at life.
I still think we would have some good stories to tell Scott, I agree they may not be to the extreme that this guys has.
Somehow that much nicorrette can't be good for you.
I just finished the book "Shadow Divers". Rapach led me on to it. It's about to divers from NJ that discover a mystery at the bottom of the ocean, true story.
